The document library
The Documents page is the organisation's shared shelf. Everything uploaded or synced appears here, whatever its source.

Steps
- Search by filename or by text inside the document: library search is full-text over document content, not just titles. Searching a tenant's name finds every document that mentions them.
- Filter by type, by source, and by the property or portfolio a document is linked to.
- Open the file and confirm version, date, status and classification before relying on it.
- For a lease question, gather the base contract and every amendment you know about.
Tips & best practices
- Two kinds of search. The library finds documents. Sunday finds answers: it searches by meaning, reads what it finds and synthesises. Use the library when you know roughly what you are looking for; use Sunday when you have a question.
- The type filter only works once classification has finished. If a filter unexpectedly returns nothing, reload the page and check the status badges first.
- Any document can be linked to a portfolio, property, unit or tenant. Classification often infers this automatically; you can correct it. Linking is what lets Sunday scope an answer to one asset.
- Deleting a document removes its extracted data with it. Another conversation or workflow may rely on the same file.
