The document library

The Documents page is the organisation's shared shelf. Everything uploaded or synced appears here, whatever its source.

Steps

  1. Search by filename or by text inside the document: library search is full-text over document content, not just titles. Searching a tenant's name finds every document that mentions them.
  2. Filter by type, by source, and by the property or portfolio a document is linked to.
  3. Open the file and confirm version, date, status and classification before relying on it.
  4. For a lease question, gather the base contract and every amendment you know about.

Tips & best practices

  • Two kinds of search. The library finds documents. Sunday finds answers: it searches by meaning, reads what it finds and synthesises. Use the library when you know roughly what you are looking for; use Sunday when you have a question.
  • The type filter only works once classification has finished. If a filter unexpectedly returns nothing, reload the page and check the status badges first.
  • Any document can be linked to a portfolio, property, unit or tenant. Classification often infers this automatically; you can correct it. Linking is what lets Sunday scope an answer to one asset.
  • Deleting a document removes its extracted data with it. Another conversation or workflow may rely on the same file.
