Your first 30 minutes

The fastest route to understanding Primefold RI is to put a handful of real documents into it and ask one real question. This is a 30-minute first session that ends with an answer out of your own portfolio.

Before you start
Pick a coherent set of documents rather than a random sample:

  • one property, its lease contracts, any amendments, and the current rent roll.

     

That combination lets every part of the product show what it does. A scattering of unrelated files will underwhelm, and it is the most common reason a first session disappoints.

Steps
Get some documents in (10 min).

  1. Documents → Upload, or Settings → Integrations to connect Google Drive or SharePoint and pick a folder. You can do both.

     

  2. Let the pipeline run (5 min). Each document is classified, its text extracted, its facts pulled out and indexed. Typical time is 30–90 seconds per document. Watch the status badges on the Documents page.

     

  3. Ask Sunday one grounded question (10 min). Click Sunday at the top of the sidebar, that is the new-chat action; there is no separate + button. Ask something only your documents can answer: "What are the key terms of the lease for [property]: tenant, start, end, monthly net rent and area? Cite the source."

     

  4. Look at what it found on its own (5 min). If portfolios are enabled for your workspace, open the property and view its profile. Without you asking, RI has already assembled an occupancy view, a lease stack and a list of discrepancies it noticed between documents.

Tips & best practices
The answer should carry [1]-style citation markers you can click through to the source. If it cites nothing, check whether the documents actually finished processing.
Status badges do not always refresh on their own.

A document still saying "Classifying…" after a couple of minutes is usually finished; reload the page before assuming it is stuck.

Never demo or trial on an empty workspace. This is a data product; with no documents it looks like a chat window, which is exactly the impression you are trying to avoid.
