Sunday: the assistant 

Sunday is the AI assistant inside Primefold RI. It has access to your organisation's documents, your portfolio structure, your connected Drive and SharePoint, and a set of specialised tools for real estate work.

Starting a conversation

Click Sunday at the top of the left sidebar. That is the new-chat action; there is deliberately no separate + button. Past conversations are listed underneath and can be reopened at any time with their full history.

How it behaves

• Streams its answer word by word rather than appearing all at once.
• Shows its thinking on complex questions, in an expandable section.
• Keeps context across a conversation. "Explain that in more detail" works.
• Mirrors your language. Ask in German, get German. Ask in English, get English.
• Cites its sources.
• Survives a refresh. Reload mid-answer and it reconnects.
• Asks you back when a question is genuinely ambiguous, rather than guessing.

The line that lands: a general assistant can read your files. Primefold RI understands your portfolio. The difference is between "search a file" and "what is my WALT across all Frankfurt properties?"

Honest limits

• It answers from what has been ingested. A document nobody uploaded does not exist to it.
• It can be wrong. Citations exist so you can check.
• There is a fair-use rate limit of roughly 20 messages per minute per person. Normal work will not reach it.
