Signing in for the first time

Primefold RI runs at ri.primefold.ai. There is no public signup; your workspace is created for you and you receive an email invitation. If you are the first person from your firm, your Primefold contact sets the workspace up; everyone else joins it by invitation.

Before you start
Click on the link in the invitation email. Check spam if it has not arrived.

The sign-in form asks for a code, not a password
When you enter your email address, the default next step is a one-time code sent to your inbox, not a password field. If you have a password and want to use it, choose the alternative sign-in option on that screen. This surprises almost every first-time user, so it is worth mentioning up front rather than letting them discover it.

If you cannot get in
"Invitation expired": ask an Owner or Admin in your organisation to re-send it from clicking on their Workspace →  Settings → Members.  
After reinvitation, check your incoming Mails, make sure to also check your Spam-Folder!
