Memory

Sunday remembers durable facts about you across conversations: your role, your preferences, corrections you have made. Tell it once: "I'm an asset manager and I look after the Frankfurt office portfolio. Always give me figures in EUR per square metre per month." A new conversation next week will already know it.

Settings → Memory shows every stored fact. You can read and delete them individually.

Custom instructions

Settings → Profile → Custom Instructions is a standing brief that applies to every conversation. Good uses:

• "Always answer in German."
• "Be concise. Lead with the number, then the reasoning."
• "Always state which document a figure came from, even when I don't ask."
• "Flag it explicitly when you're inferring rather than quoting."

Your work profile

Settings → Profile also holds your job title and department. Sunday uses them as context: an answer for a Head of Asset Management is pitched differently from one for an Analyst. It is a small field with a disproportionate effect on answer quality.

Tips & best practices

• Memory and custom instructions are per person, not shared across the organisation. A colleague's preferences do not affect your answers.
• Avoid instructions that encourage false certainty, such as "always give one final answer".
• If memory seems to be affecting a material answer, ask Sunday to restate the current source evidence.
