Integrations 

Primefold RI is designed to sit on top of where documents already live. Connecting a source is an Admin action in Settings → Integrations.

Connecting a mailbox only unlocks the email capability in chat. It does not ingest your inbox as documents.

Not available today

  • No Dropbox, Box or on-premise file share connector.
  • No connector to property management systems (Yardi, MRI, RealPage) or accounting systems.
  • No public API for building your own integration.

Tips & best practices

  • Storage connections are user-scoped. They do not bypass provider permissions, and different connected accounts can see different files. A missing file is often an identity, location or permission issue rather than a sync failure.
  • SharePoint in restrictive corporate networks has failed in at least one customer environment. If it fails, capture the exact error text and a screenshot; it is diagnosable, but not from a generic "it didn't work".
  • Settings → Storage connections shows the state of each source. "No pending source proposals" is an empty state meaning nothing is waiting for your attention, not an error.
  • The email and file-brokering integration is provided by a US-based service and content passing through it is retained there. For a customer with strict EU data requirements this belongs early in the conversation, not in a footnote. Coordinate with Section D.
