# Troubleshooting

If something doesn’t work as expected, start here.

### **Common fixes to try first**

1. **Refresh the page** and try again.
2. **Check you’re in the right workspace** (profile/workspace menu in the left panel).
3. Confirm the survey is **Published** (required to collect responses).
4. Try a different browser (Chrome recommended) or open a private window.
