# Strategic Calls

Strategic calls - also called Quarterly Business Reviews (CBR) - are intended for teams running Primefold XI continuously and wanting deeper guidance over time.

#### ***Applies to Annual membership customers only.***

##### **What it is** A recurring session (typically **quarterly**) focused on improving outcomes, not just tool setup.

### **What we cover**

- Review survey results and what changed over time
- Identify patterns, segments, and priorities
- Share new feature updates and best practices
- Help you get more depth from analysis (e.g., interpreting distributions, comparing groups, turning insights into actions)

### **How scheduling works**

If you’re on an **annual membership**, we’ll **automatically email you** when it’s time to book your next strategic call (typically once per quarter). Follow the link in that email to choose a time.
