# Invite your team & roles

**Applies to:** Trial, Business, Enterprise (with plan-based seat limits)

Inviting teammates lets you work together in the same workspace.

### **When you’ll see invitations**

During setup, you’ll see an **Invite your team members** section right after creating the workspace.

### **Step-by-step: invite teammates**

1. In the invite field, enter one or more **email addresses**.
2. For each person, choose a role: 
     - **Admin** – can manage workspace settings and invite others (best for owners/managers).
     - **Member** – standard access for creating and working with surveys/insights.
     - **Viewer** – read-only access for stakeholders who just need visibility.
3. Click **Continue and invite** to send the invitations.

You can also skip inviting people during setup and do it later.

### **Plan callout: seat limits**

You can invite up to the number of people included in your plan.

- **Trial:** unlimited (for 30 days)
- **Business:** 3 seats
- **Enterprise:** unlimited

### **Best practices for roles**

- Make **1–2 people Admins** (so you always have coverage).
- Use **Viewer** for executives/stakeholders to keep access simple.

 Use **Member** for anyone who actively creates surveys or works with analysis.
