Subscription cancellation & termination 

Primefold subscriptions are available on monthly and annual terms.

• Monthly subscription: You can cancel at any time with 1 month’s notice. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period following the notice period.
• Annual subscription: You commit to a 12‑month term. Annual subscription: You commit to a 12-month term. You can be released from the contract within the first 14 days based on your withdrawal rights (see below).
• Termination (for cause): Primefold may suspend or terminate accounts in cases such as non-payment, misuse/abuse, or material breach of the Terms.
