Sign up & First Login

Applies to: Trial, Business, Enterprise

Primefold XI onboarding starts with creating your account and confirming your email address.

Step 1: Open the sign-up screen

1. Go to the Primefold XI website.
2. Click Sign up (or use the sign-up link on the sign-in screen).

Step 2: Enter your email

1. Type your email address.
2. Confirm you can access this inbox (you’ll need it in the next step).

Step 3: Accept Terms & Privacy

To create your account, you must:

• ✅ Accept the Terms of Service
• ✅ Consent to the Privacy Policy

Optional:

• Subscribe to the newsletter/product emails (you can opt out later).

Click Confirm sign up.

Step 4: Confirm your email address

1. Open your email inbox.
2. Find the Primefold XI email with your confirmation link.
3. Click the link to verify your address.

You’ll be redirected back to Primefold XI to continue setup.

If you don’t receive the email

• Check Spam/Junk folders.
• Use Send again to resend the confirmation email.
• Make sure your mailbox isn’t blocking external emails.

Step 5: First login

Once your email is confirmed, you will be guided to the onboarding setup (name → organization → workspace → customize).
