Set up your Workspace 

Applies to: Trial, Business, Enterprise

After email confirmation, Primefold XI guides you through a short setup flow. This is where your workspace gets created—think of it as the shared home for your surveys, insights, and teammates.

The setup flow (4 steps)

You’ll go through:

  1. Name
  2. Organization
  3. Workspace
  4. Customize

You can use Back at any time to review or change the previous step.


Step 1: Add your name

  1. Enter the name you want Primefold XI to use (e.g., “Max”).
  2. Click Continue.

This name is used for a more personal in-product experience.


Step 2: Choose your organization type

Select what best describes you:

  • Work
  • Personal
  • School
  • Nonprofits
  • Start-up

This helps Primefold XI tailor the experience and suggestions.


Step 3: Create your workspace

  1. Enter a workspace name (for example: Company Name, Team Name, or Max’s Workspace).
  2. Click Continue.

Tip: If you’re setting this up for a team, use a name that will still make sense when new members join (e.g., “Customer Insights” or “Tenant Feedback Team”).


What happens next

After your workspace is created, you’ll be able to invite teammates (optional) and then finish the last customization step.
