You may withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. This applies to any purchase.

  • If you requested immediate access to Primefold XI during the withdrawal period, the refund amount (if any) may be adjusted to reflect services already provided, where permitted by applicable law.
