Property profiles 

Open a property and view its profile. Nobody builds this page; it is assembled from whatever documents have been ingested and reviewed for that asset. It is the clearest demonstration that the product understands the portfolio rather than just storing files.

Tips & best practices

• The Discrepancies tab is the honest one. Most software shows a clean dashboard and hides what it was not sure about. This one has a tab dedicated to where its own data disagrees with itself. Point at it deliberately in a demo.
• After adding documents or approving reviews, rebuild the profile to pick up the new data.
• Empty tabs are normal early on. A property with three documents will have sparse tabs; that is expected, not a fault.
• WALT changes with its as-of date, its weighting basis and how break options are treated. Always state all three alongside the number.
