Feature availability and why you might not see a screen 

Primefold RI is rolled out feature by feature and organisation by organisation. Two customers on the same version can legitimately see different navigation. This is the single most useful article in the help center for anyone who has to answer "can I promise this?".

How it shows up
A navigation item is greyed out with a "Soon" badge because the feature exists but is not enabled for your workspace.
A navigation item can also be absent entirely: the same thing, presented differently depending on the area.

Neither is an error, and neither means the feature is broken. Ask your Primefold contact to switch it on.

Before you promise a feature
Check the label in this help center and confirm with your Primefold contact that it is enabled for that specific organisation. Availability is per-workspace, so "it's live" and "they can see it" are two different statements.
