Onboarding Customization & Checklist

The last onboarding step helps Primefold XI tailor the product to what you’re trying to do. After that, you’ll land in your dashboard and can start working immediately.
Customize your experience
You’ll be asked what you need help with.
- Open the dropdown under “What can we help you with?”
- Choose a suggested use case (examples you may see):
- E-Commerce: reduce checkout friction
- Real Estate: gauge tenant satisfaction
- Shopping Centers: measure visitor experience
- Retail: benchmark product sentiment
- HR / People Ops: pulse employee engagement
- SaaS / Tech: detect churn signals
- Hospitality: capture guest feedback
- Healthcare: collect patient feedback
- If none fit, select Other and type what you want to use Primefold XI for.
You may also see an additional question (e.g., whether you use Primefold XI as a research tool). Answer it or skip if available.
Click Continue (or Skip when offered).
You’re done, Welcome to the dashboard!
After customization, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard, where you can:
- create your first survey,
- publish and share it,
- and view results in analysis/insights areas.

Trial checklist (fast path: “prove value quickly”)
- Confirm email & sign in
- Complete setup (name → org → workspace → customize)
- Create one survey (simple is fine)
- Publish it and share it with a small audience
- Review results and confirm you can export/share insights internally
Goal: validate the end-to-end workflow in under a day.
