Invoices

  • Invoices are generated at the end of each month and provided to the workspace billing contact (or the admin/owner managing billing).
  • If you need invoice details updated (company name, VAT ID, billing email), contact sales or CX:  sales@primefold.ai

Billing & plan administration

  • Only workspace roles with billing permissions (typically Owners) can manage billing-related topics.
  • For billing questions or changes, contact sales: sales@primefold.ai 

Seats & limits

  • Seat counts and live survey limits depend on your plan.
