Invite your team & roles 

Applies to: Trial, Business, Enterprise (with plan-based seat limits)

Inviting teammates lets you work together in the same workspace.

When you’ll see invitations

During setup, you’ll see an Invite your team members section right after creating the workspace.

Step-by-step: invite teammates

  1. In the invite field, enter one or more email addresses.
  2. For each person, choose a role:
    • Admin – can manage workspace settings and invite others (best for owners/managers).
    • Member – standard access for creating and working with surveys/insights.
    • Viewer – read-only access for stakeholders who just need visibility.
  3. Click Continue and invite to send the invitations.

You can also skip inviting people during setup and do it later.


Plan callout: seat limits

You can invite up to the number of people included in your plan.

  • Trial: unlimited (for 30 days)
  • Business: 3 seats
  • Enterprise: unlimited

Best practices for roles

  • Make 1–2 people Admins (so you always have coverage).
  • Use Viewer for executives/stakeholders to keep access simple.
Use Member for anyone who actively creates surveys or works with analysis.
