What to include (so we can help faster)
When you contact support, include:
- The Email Adress of your Account
- The workspace name
- The relevant survey / Insight Hub name (if applicable)
- What you expected to happen vs. what happened
- A screenshot (if possible)
- Your device + browser (e.g., “Mac / Chrome”) and approximate time the issue happened
